Clinical Presentation

        20 years male

        Gradually increasing swelling in lower left thigh since 4 months

        H/O pain at site

        O/E: swelling of size 6 X 4 X 3 cm on lower end of left thigh, bony hard, fixed

Radiological features

        Lytic eccentric lesion in the distal end of left femur

        Lesion involving epi-metaphysis of bone with periosteal elevation and new bone formation.

        Dense sclerotic margin surrounding the lytic lesion

FNAC was done twice from the swelling

The procedure was highly painful for the patient

Hemorrhagic aspirate was obtained
