Clinical Presentation
• 20 years male
• Gradually increasing swelling in lower left thigh since 4 months
• H/O pain at site
• O/E: swelling of size 6 X 4 X 3 cm on lower end of left thigh, bony
hard, fixed
Radiological features
• Lytic eccentric lesion in the distal end of left femur
• Lesion involving epi-metaphysis of bone with periosteal elevation
and new bone formation.
• Dense sclerotic margin surrounding the lytic lesion
FNAC was done twice from the swelling
The procedure was highly painful for the patient
Hemorrhagic aspirate was obtained
