11 years / Female patient.

C/C:

Pain and swelling in lower right posterior region since 2 months.

HOPI:

• Swelling initially small in size and painless.
• Increased in size since 2 months.
• Accompanied by dull and continuous pain.

Past History:

            H/O painful swelling in lower right posterior region 1 year back for which, some surgical procedure was performed.

E/O Examination:

• Diffuse swelling on lower right side of face.
• Size approximately 4 x 5 cm
• Extension:        AP - Corner of mouth to mid body of mandible.

SI – Ala of nose to inferior border of mandible.

• Bony hard in consistency
• Right submandibular LN palpable, mobile and tender.

I/O Examination:

• Lobulated growth in lower right posterior region.
• Extends from right lateral incisor to retromolar region.
• Also, extends on lingual side.
• Size 5 x 3 cm
• Bony hard in consistency.
