Autopsy findings :-

A 45 year old female presented with edema and pain in both upper and lower limbs – 4 days.

On examination – Positive findings were moderate hepato splenomegaly  and eosinophilia in peripheral blood.

Patient expired suddenly 2 on second day of admission.
